This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction entered on June 8, 1992, after a jury trial, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Dearie, J., convicting Noel Hernandez of conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 and knowing and intentional possession of cocaine with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
