This case appears before us for a second time on appeal. In United States v. Desormeaux, 952 F.2d 182 (8th Cir.1991), we held that the district court had erred in departing downward from the range prescribed by the Sentencing Guidelines, and we reversed and remanded for resentencing. The government has appealed from the sentence imposed by the district court following our remand, and we once again reverse...
