Wynne contends (1) that the evidence was insufficient to prove that he made false statements rising to the level of fraud, (2) that the evidence was insufficient to prove that any allegedly false statements made by him induced Sumitomo, Inc. to make its contribution, and (3) that the evidence was insufficient...
