The two juveniles (defendants) were each charged in complaints in the juvenile session of the Roxbury Division of the District Court Department (Juvenile Court) with two counts of delinquency by reason of murder in the first degree, conspiracy to commit murder, and illegal possession of a firearm. After a hearing held pursuant to G.L.c. 119, § 61, as appearing in St. 1990, c. 267, § 3, the cases were transferred to the Superior Court where indictments...
