Eric Joseph Tirado (Tirado) was charged with first degree murder, robbery with a dangerous and deadly weapon, two handgun violations, and being an accessory after the fact to murder. The State filed a notice of intent to seek the death penalty. After a jury trial in the Circuit Court for Howard County, Tirado was convicted of all charges except accessory after the fact. He was sentenced by a jury to life without parole for murder, twenty years for robbery...
