Before the court is a motion by Integra Bank/Pittsburgh ("Integra") requesting relief from the automatic stay. Integra argues that the stay should be lifted to permit them to exercise their common law right to set off against bank accounts of Vincent F. Petraglia ("debtor") and Elizabeth Petraglia, his wife.
