We granted an application for interlocutory appeal filed by plaintiff, Hutchison, from the trial court's refusal to dismiss a counterclaim by defendants, Kerman and the professional corporation through which she practices law, seeking an OCGA § 9-15-14 award of litigation expenses and attorney fees.
