The state appeals from the trial court's order which suspended the driver's license of the defendant-appellee, Jennifer Ann Williams, but granted her occupational driving privileges in violation of that part of the Financial Responsibility Act codified in R.C. 4509.101(A)(2). Williams initially entered a no-contest plea to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a breath-alcohol concentration in excess of the level prohibited by R.C. 4511.19(A)....
