Defendants M & B Investments, Inc., d/b/a U-Save Auto Rental (hereafter referred to as M & B) and Empire Fire and Marine Insurance Company, (hereafter referred to as Empire), appeal the trial court's judgment enforcing a settlement agreement with the plaintiffs.
