This case is before me on Gary Cooper's ("debtor" or "Cooper") appeal from a decision of the bankruptcy court denying him discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2)(A). The bankruptcy court found that on at least three instances the debtor had transferred assets to his wife within one year of filing bankruptcy with intent to hinder, delay or defraud his creditors.
