Joseph P. Frank (Claimant) appeals an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed the decision of the referee awarding Claimant's attorney, Merle S. Kramer (Attorney), $1,000.00 in attorney's fees, instead of $1,955.10 as requested by Attorney. We affirm.

On May 25, 1989, Claimant sustained a low-back injury while working for Sunrise Sunoco (Employer)....
