This is an appeal by Ronald Cummins, appellant, from a summary judgment rendered against him by the trial court. Appellant had suffered a knife injury inflicted by Daniel R. Rubio, Jr. outside a liquor establishment owned by Chicago Louie's, Inc., and operated by a William Marsh and a Michael Marsh, appellees. Appellant had sued all four of these parties.
