CRL of Maryland, Inc. (employer) appeals from an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (board). The board's order reversed in part and affirmed in part a referee's decision that granted James L. Hopkins (claimant) workmen's compensation benefits from June 20, 1989 through July 23, 1989, and found that additional defendant Wellsboro Cemetery Association (Wellsboro) had no liability with regard to claimant's claim petition.
