OPINION

KLAPHAKE, Judge.

Appellant, Estate of Evelyn Sophia Evenson, challenges the trial court's award of costs and attorney fees to the former personal representative, respondent Daniel Edwards, after Edwards unsuccessfully defended a challenge to the validity of Evenson's will, codicil, and a contract for deed. We affirm.
