Earlann Wilson was convicted of delivering cocaine contrary to sec. 161.41(1), Stats., as a direct actor under sec. 939.05(2)(a), Stats. She claims that she was denied her constitutional right to effective assistance of counsel when trial counsel failed to object to a nonpattern jury instruction defining "deliver" as a transfer that is "direct ... or indirect." Wilson contends that the instruction did not fairly...
