Alan Darroch (Claimant) appeals a decision of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) reversing a referee's order and disqualifying him from receipt of unemployment compensation benefits pursuant to Section 402(e) of the Unemployment Compensation Law.1 Because the Board had no jurisdiction to enter such a decision, we vacate.
