This is a perjury prosecution arising from allegedly perjured testimony given by Dr. Johnson, appellant in the case at bar, when he testified in a civil trial in 1985. The civil action, Bolton v. Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority, No. 4895 July Term 1981, was a claim for damages for injuries allegedly suffered by Bolton in a 1979 trolley accident. Dr...
