FITZGERALD, P.J.

Pursuant to a plea and sentencing agreement, defendant pleaded guilty of breaking and entering an occupied dwelling with intent to commit criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.110; MSA 28.305. Defendant was sentenced to a prison term of six to fifteen years' imprisonment. He appeals as of right. We affirm.
