Defendants, Roderick Deandra Sparks ("Sparks"), Bonnie Ray Dews ("Dews"), David Lee Spignor ("Spignor"), and Joe Thomas Tucker ("Tucker"), were jointly tried before a jury and convicted of various offenses stemming from a conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine.
