GERNON, J.:

Jay E. Tillman appeals from the sentence imposed following his plea of guilty to one count of robbery. Tillman also appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to modify his sentence.

Pursuant to a plea agreement, Tillman entered a plea of guilty to a reduced charge of simple robbery. Tillman was sentenced to 3 to 10 years, to run consecutively to two sentences previously imposed in Missouri...
