LEVINE, Justice.

Larry Laschkewitsch appeals from a county court order denying his claim against the estate of his uncle, Ben Laschkewitsch. We affirm.

Ben was a resident of Iowa. At the time of his death on April 22, 1991, he owned farmland in Sheridan County, North Dakota.
