Senft (Ralph Senft), petitions for review of an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that reversed the decision and order of the referee which had awarded attorney's fees for unreasonable contest pursuant to Section 440 of The Pennsylvania Workmen's Compensation Act (Act), 77 P.S. § 996.
