JOHNSON, Circuit Judge:

Defendant-Appellant Bolivar O. Palacios-Molina ("Mr. Palacios") pled guilty to possession with the intent to distribute more than 500 grams of cocaine. At sentencing, however, Mr. Palacios objected to the inclusion of the weight of the carrier liquid in which the cocaine was distilled in the drug quantity calculation.
