DEL SOLE, Judge:

This case is presented to our court for the determination of whether Appellant's trial counsel stipulated to the admissibility of a notation contained in a medical record which stated that the child victim had "no hymen". We find that Appellant's counsel did stipulate to the admission of the notation and therefore we hold that Appellant's claim is waived. Appellant's related claim of ineffectiveness...
