INTRODUCTION
This is an appeal from a decision of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York which held that appellant Denis Brody's $1,000,000 obligation to appellee Carol Brody was intended to be in the "nature of alimony, maintenance, or support" and therefore nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(5)(B).
