The defendant was charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The defendant filed a motion to suppress the evidence seized pursuant to a search warrant, asserting that the warrant was deficient and lacked probable cause.
