This is an appeal from judgments of the Wood County Court of Common Pleas which denied appellant Steven Riley's motion to suppress and, following a jury trial, found appellant guilty of one count of trafficking in marijuana in violation of R.C. 2925.03(A)(4) and of having previously been convicted of a felony drug offense.
