Specifically, Oliver asks the court to order the circuit court to provide his postconviction counsel with a copy of the presentence investigation report (PSI) prepared in his case. Rather than providing counsel with a copy of the PSI, the circuit court ordered that a copy be sent to Room 578 of the Safety Building...
