This is a complaint brought by the chapter 7 trustee, David M. Nickless (the "Trustee"), against controlling shareholders, directors and officers of Worcester Quality Foods, Inc. (the "Debtor"). Relatives and affiliates are also joined as defendants. The Trustee charges the defendants with various forms of corporate looting. The charges are well founded. Trial has revealed a sorry saga of greed and incompetence...
