The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Scranton (Condemnor) appeals from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County setting aside a jury award of $160,000 and awarding John F. Sweeney and Helen Sweeney (Condemnees) a new trial. The issue raised for review is whether the trial court abused its discretion in granting a new trial when it held that the verdict was inadequate and that the testimony of Condemnor's expert was confusing...
