CERCONE, Judge:

This is a direct appeal from a judgment of sentence.1 We affirm.

Appellant, Scott Buck, was found guilty of a summary offense under the Pennsylvania Game and Wildlife Code, 34 Pa.C.S.A. § 102 et seq. Specifically, appellant was convicted of transporting a deer carcass to which a properly completed "game kill tag" had not been attached as required by section 2323 of the Game and Wildlife Code.
