Dorothy Jean Pollock appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Westmoreland County which denied her appeal from the Department of Transportation's (DOT) suspension of her operating privileges pursuant to Section 1547(b)(1) of the Vehicle Code, 75 Pa.C.S. § 1547(b)(1).1 The issues presented to this Court are whether the trial court's finding that Pollock did not exhibit any objective manifestations of confusion...
