In challenging a final pretrial judgment, appellant contends the court erred (1) in concluding that the mortgage contract did not incorporate provisions of the Farm Credit Act of 1971 and amendments thereto; (2) in failing to find that respondent breached an implied covenant of good faith; and (3) in holding that no fiduciary relationship existed between appellant and Federal Land Bank Association of Willmar.
