In this appeal we are asked to determine whether the trial court erred in admitting certain testimony into evidence at trial. This testimony by a police officer included a detailed statement made by Appellant's co-defendant, whose trial had been severed from Appellant's and who had exercised his Fifth Amendment right not to testify at Appellant's trial.
