The defendant, Wayne Cressey, was convicted of three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, RSA 632-A:2 (1986 & Supp. 1989) (amended 1992), and one count of felonious sexual assault, RSA 632-A:3 (1986), after a jury trial in the Superior Court (Mohl, J.).
