JANSEN, J.
Defendant appeals as of right from the Wayne Circuit Court's December 17, 1990, judgment requiring it to pay plaintiff statutory no-fault benefits and interest in the amount of $26,652.61. The judgment is the result of the trial court's previous orders denying defendant's motion for summary disposition and granting plaintiff's cross-motion for summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10). We affirm.
