Appellant Lillian Dunn is before this court for the second time appealing the denial of a petition for postconviction relief. In Dunn v. State, 486 N.W.2d 428, 433 (Minn.1992), we affirmed the postconviction court as to the sufficiency of the evidence supporting Dunn's conviction of first degree felony murder and as to the admissibility of certain videotaped and photographic evidence, but remanded for consideration...
