OPINION

DAVIES, Judge.

The trial court granted summary judgment, ruling that two indemnity provisions created a circular obligation (plaintiff/appellant subcontractor required, if it prevails, to pay claim proceeds to defendant/respondent). Not finding a circular obligation, we reverse and remand.
