Appellant Bryan J. Reitzner is the assignee of a vendor's interest in a contract for deed. Appellant asserts that he is entitled to proceeds under a fire insurance policy issued by respondent State Farm Fire and Casualty Company for losses that admittedly resulted from the vendee's intentional act of arson.
