Tommy E. Plambeck appeals from a decision of the Nebraska Court of Appeals that affirmed the summary judgment granted by the district court in favor of appellee, Union Pacific Railroad Company (Union Pacific). The district court held that a general release and covenant not to sue (the release) barred Plambeck's cause of action. We reverse the decision of the Court of Appeals that affirmed the decision of the district court, and we remand the cause...
