Defendant/third-party plaintiff-appellee, Walter James Newman, owns and operates a liquor establishment in Hamilton, Ohio. On October 13, 1988, Newman rented a recreational vehicle from plaintiff-appellee, CB Transportation Services, Inc., to transport several of the establishment's patrons to a racetrack for an outing. According to the lease agreement Newman signed, he would maintain insurance on the vehicle, and indemnify and hold CB Transportation...
