Lorraine Chicoine, the claimant, and Transit Management Services, Inc. (Employer) appeal an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed an order of a referee1 denying Chicoine's fatal claim petition. We affirm the Board's order and quash Employer's appeal.
