Appellant Wallace W. contends that Maryland's unauthorized use statute is inapplicable to the taking of a purse. See Maryland Code (1957, 1992 Repl.Vol., 1993 Cum.Supp.), Article 27, § 349.1 Wallace argues that the statute's coverage is limited to livestock, boats, and vehicles, and thus does not extend to purses. We agree with Appellant's contention and, for the reasons discussed below, reverse the finding...
