We granted leave in this case to determine whether there was sufficient evidence of a clear and definite promise to support a claim for relief on the theory of promissory estoppel. After careful review of the record, we find that there was. Accordingly, we affirm in part and reverse in part the decision of the Court of Appeals. We reinstate the jury's verdict in favor of the Currys and remand the case to the trial...
