PER CURIAM:

The defendant, Kenneth S. Bass, was convicted of unlawful wounding by jury in the Circuit Court of Logan County by order entered May 15, 1992. The defendant, who is black, appeals his conviction to this Court on the ground that the trial court committed reversible error when it denied his motion for a mistrial. The mistrial was sought based on Batson v. Kentucky, 476 U.S. 79
