Respondent Lorraine Blume, acting in her capacity as personal representative of the estate of Emlyn Jones, served a garnishment notice on Dain Bosworth, Inc. (Dain) in an attempt to satisfy a judgment against appellant Peder Kvamme. Kvamme claimed that his Dain assets were exempt under Minn. Stat. § 550.37, subd. 24 (1990).
