The Washington Toxics Coalition, the Forest Practices Appeals Board, and various other entities appeal a superior court order which declared temporary suspension orders issued by an administrative appeals judge invalid. The temporary orders suspended approvals by the Department of Natural Resources of four forest practices applications filed by Boise Cascade Corporation during the pendency of an appeal before the Forest Practices Appeals
