Charles Lee Patton appeals an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County which dismissed Patton's appeal and affirmed a one year suspension of Patton's operating privileges imposed by the Department of Transportation (DOT) pursuant to 75 Pa.C.S. § 1547(b)(1). We reverse.
