On December 4, 1991, a federal grand jury indicted appellant Priscilla Jackson and codefendant Juan Familia, charging conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute it (Count I) and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute it (Count II). See 21 U.S.C. §§ 846, 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(C). Familia, whose appeal is not part of this case, was also charged with using a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking...
