Robert Allen Stanton (Licensee) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County (trial court) which denied his petition for leave to appeal nunc pro tunc from the suspension of his driving privileges imposed by the Department of Transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing (DOT). We affirm.
